In February, our team member Berna Xhemajli participated in a training in Vr\u0161ac, Serbia, as part of the MakeOver project, where she learned more about the process of strategic planning for youth organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the seven-day training, participants from seven different countries worked together with trainers and experts to gain new knowledge and skills in organizational management and strategic planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are happy to have been part of this experience and to continue strengthening our capacities as an organization through learning, collaboration, and international exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
