They also examined the Project Management Cycle, gaining valuable insights into successfully leading projects from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training concluded with a Six Thinking Hats workshop, where participants learned to approach decision-making and conflict resolution using structured thinking techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project is funded through a grant from the U.S. Embassy Pristina, Kosovo.
