This opening created a shared starting point and set the stage for meaningful cross-border dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the webinar, we also presented examples of local initiatives in Kosovo that contribute to youth empowerment, digital education, and innovation. These examples highlighted how different approaches can support young people in developing skills in technology, leadership, creativity, and community problem-solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key part of the session was a co-creation workshop, where participants explored some of the most pressing challenges faced by youth today, such as unequal access to digital tools, the gap between education and labour market needs, low digital literacy, limited mentorship opportunities, and the lack of hands-on learning.
