BtB took part in the “Creation of Culture” Youth Exchange held in Vrsar, Croatia in September. The exchange brought together young participants from Germany, Armenia, Croatia, Kosovo, and Portugal to explore the role of cultures and minority groups in shaping the cultural identity of their countries. Participants discussed how these communities have contributed to enriching national cultures, as well as the stereotypes that still exist about minority groups in their societies.
During the exchange, our participants presented the diversity, tolerance, and intercultural values of the communities living in Kosovo, while also learning about the experiences and realities of minority groups in the other participating countries.
This activity helped our participants develop a deeper understanding of cultural diversity, challenge stereotypes, and strengthen their intercultural communication and cooperation skills.
