This month we completed the first study visit of the project “Creativity in Youth Sport Work for Reconciliation and Acceptance of Diversity”, titled “Reconciliation and Youth (Sport) Work in Berlin”. The activity began on 23 January and brought together coordinators and youth workers from all partner organizations involved in the project.

The aim of the study visit was to strengthen intersectoral cooperation and exchange, explore good practices, and identify opportunities to improve youth and sport-based activities that promote reconciliation. Participants also shared experiences and perspectives on the realities and challenges they face in their countries.

During the visit, the group met with several youth and sport organizations in Berlin, where they exchanged ideas, discussed different approaches to youth work, and explored possibilities for future cooperation.

The study visit gathered 15 participants from five countries: Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, and Germany. Throughout the program, participants had the opportunity to learn more about each other’s cultures, share experiences from working with different target groups, and begin developing ideas for future collaborative projects.
