The training in Peja was a day full of learning and inspiration, bringing together motivated young people committed to creating positive change in their communities.
Throughout the day, participants explored leadership principles, identified key qualities of effective leaders, and discovered their own leadership styles. They also examined the Project Management Cycle, gaining valuable insights into successfully leading projects from start to finish.
The training concluded with a Six Thinking Hats workshop, where participants learned to approach decision-making and conflict resolution using structured thinking techniques.
