Two weeks ago, we successfully organized a training in Gjakova focused on Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Project Management. The training offered participants valuable insights into the distinctions between leadership, advocacy, critical thinking, and coexistence, helping them better understand their roles as active members of their communities.

Participants engaged in collaborative group work to design advocacy campaigns addressing key issues they identified as priorities for their communities. Through these activities, they strengthened their critical thinking skills, teamwork, and social cooperation, gaining hands-on experience in planning and implementing initiatives that can create real impact.

This initiative is funded through a grant from the U.S. Embassy in Pristina. The views, conclusions, and recommendations presented here are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the Department of State.
