We continued our local training series in Graçanicë/Gračanica, focusing on leadership, conflict transformation, and local initiatives. Participants from diverse backgrounds spent the day reflecting on their personal and cultural identities, developing leadership skills, and exploring practical ways to drive positive change within their communities.
Through interactive sessions, group discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants learned how to approach challenges collaboratively, strengthen social cohesion, and design initiatives that can have a lasting impact at the local level. The training encouraged participants to think critically about their roles as community leaders and to apply the skills they acquired to real-life community projects.
