By recognizing the positive impact that physical activity can have on health, well-being, social participation, and independence, this Erasmus+ project aims to address the barriers that often limit the involvement of young people with disabilities in active lifestyles.
Through capacity-building activities and the exchange of knowledge between partner organizations, the project supports the development of more inclusive approaches, equipping practitioners with the skills and tools needed to create accessible and meaningful activities. It focuses on understanding the diverse needs of young people with disabilities and designing programs that encourage participation, confidence, and personal growth.
By fostering cooperation between organizations from different countries, the project contributes to creating more inclusive communities where young people with disabilities can actively participate, connect with others, and benefit from the physical, social, and emotional advantages of sport and outdoor activities.
