The SocEntYwD Erasmus+ project focuses on promoting disability-inclusive social entrepreneurship by strengthening the support systems available for young people with disabilities. Recognizing the barriers that many young people with disabilities face in accessing employment and economic opportunities, the project works towards creating more inclusive pathways for entrepreneurship, innovation, and active participation in society.

Through training programs, digital learning resources, and practical tools, the project equips youth workers and organizations with the knowledge and skills needed to better support young social entrepreneurs with disabilities. It also focuses on developing accessible educational materials, improving digital and financial literacy, and promoting inclusive approaches to business development.

By combining education, advocacy, and awareness-raising activities, the project aims to empower young people with disabilities to turn their ideas into meaningful social initiatives while contributing to more inclusive communities and policies across the region.
