In February, our team member Berna Xhemajli participated in a training in Vršac, Serbia, as part of the MakeOver project, where she learned more about the process of strategic planning for youth organizations.
During the seven-day training, participants from seven different countries worked together with trainers and experts to gain new knowledge and skills in organizational management and strategic planning.
We are happy to have been part of this experience and to continue strengthening our capacities as an organization through learning, collaboration, and international exchange.
