From 18–21 July, we were in Tirana working on promoting understanding of diversity and preventing discrimination among young people. In partnership with Center for Bridging Communities, we organized the forum “Diversity and Inclusion”, which brought together young participants from Albania and Kosovo.
During the forum, participants had the opportunity to learn, connect, and share experiences and practices that promote tolerance, cooperation, acceptance, and respect for diversity. The activity created a space for dialogue and collaboration among young people from different backgrounds.
This forum was part of the “Forum of Young Reporters” project, and it marks only the beginning of the initiative. Follow-up activities with local communities will be organized and led by the participating young people.
The activity was organized within the framework of the Tirana European Youth Capital 2022, with financial support from the National Youth Congress of Albania in cooperation with the Municipality of Tirana.
