In November 2022, with the support of United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo, Building the Balkans and Sustainable Living Kosovo began implementing the project “Youth for Zero Waste”.
The project aims to foster reconciliation and cooperation among young people from different communities in Kosovo through environmental education and training on zero waste practices. The activities will specifically engage youth from Mitrovica and Prizren.
As part of the project, a series of trainings and activities will be organized to raise awareness about sustainable practices and encourage young people to take an active role in promoting environmental responsibility within their communities.
A call for applications for the first training, which will be held in Mitrovica, will be announced soon. Stay tuned for more updates.
