Over the weekend in Mitrovica, young people from diverse ethnic backgrounds across the region came together to participate in an engaging and interactive training focused on leadership, conflict resolution, and project management. The sessions provided participants with the opportunity to explore essential leadership traits, practice effective conflict resolution techniques, and understand the principles of planning and executing successful projects.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in group exercises, discussions, and problem-solving activities, allowing them to apply their learning to real-life community challenges. They also collaborated to brainstorm innovative strategies for driving positive change, fostering teamwork, and strengthening social cohesion in their communities.
