From 12–20 May 2025, we took part in a Youth Exchange in Vrsar, Croatia, centered on the theme of self-confidence. The programme brought together young people from Kosovo, Croatia, Ukraine, Finland, and Bulgaria for a week of learning, intercultural exchange, and personal development.
Throughout the programme, participants engaged in interactive workshops, group activities, and creative exercises designed to explore and strengthen self-confidence. Our team facilitated a session on “Leaving Your Comfort Zone,” where we shared personal experiences and created space for open and meaningful discussions.
In addition to the educational activities, participants connected through informal moments such as the Intercultural Evening, where they shared elements of their traditions, culture, and music, fostering mutual understanding and connection.
The impact of the project continues beyond the exchange, with follow-up local workshops planned in each participating country to further share knowledge and experiences within local communities.
