We had the opportunity to take part in the “Futures of Youth Work” workshop held in Kranjska Gora, where our Executive Director, Berna Xhemajli, joined youth work professionals from across Europe to explore forward-looking approaches in the field.
Over the course of several days, participants reflected on key trends shaping the future of youth work and engaged in collaborative exercises, including signal spotting and futures scenario building. These activities provided valuable insights into how youth work can remain responsive, innovative, and impactful in the face of emerging challenges.
The workshop created a space for exchange, learning, and collaboration, contributing to a broader understanding of how the field can evolve to better support young people in a rapidly changing world.
